How to Measure Your Head
Wrap a flexible tape measure around your head approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows and ears. Use the measurement to determine your recommended helmet size below.

Proper Helmet Fit
Helmet fit is critical to protective performance. Your helmet should fit comfortably and securely around the crown of your head, without creating pressure points.

The cheek pads should fit firmly against your face.

Fasten the chin strap securely.

Grab the chin bar and move the helmet from side to side. Your cheeks should move with the helmet, and the helmet should not slide across your face.

Different cheek-pad thicknesses may be available to help achieve the best fit.
Important: The correct helmet size can only be confirmed by physically fitting the helmet to the wearer. Whenever possible, try the helmet on before purchasing to ensure the proper fit.
