Upgrade your Milwaukee-Eight engine with the ultimate performance bundle. This comprehensive Power Package combines all the necessary matched components into one kit, engineered to significantly increase displacement and power while ensuring long-term reliability. By choosing a complete kit, you ensure that every part is designed to work seamlessly together, saving you time and providing a significant performance boost over stock setups.

Big Bore Kit:

  • Bolt-on installation with no case machining required
  • 4.250" bore with forged pistons
  • Available in various compression ratios for optimized performance
  • Constructed with high-quality finishes to match your engine aesthetic

Oil Pump & Cam Plate:

  • Precision machined from billet aluminum with a blue anodized finish
  • Independent scavenge sections for flywheel cavity and cam chest
  • Debris screens and magnets to prevent engine contamination
  • Increased flow capacity on both feed and scavenge sides
  • Adjustable pressure relief valve (adjustable with unit installed)

Cam & Valvetrain:

  • S&S 550 Cam designed specifically for Big Bore applications
  • Choice of Gear Drive for improved timing accuracy or Chain Drive systems
  • Quickee Pushrods for easy installation and maintenance
  • S&S Premium or Precision Tappets for quiet, reliable operation
  • Billet aluminum Tappet Cuffs to eliminate distortion and improve stability at high RPM
  • High-performance conical single wire valve springs for cams up to .605 lift

  • Includes all necessary gaskets, bearings, and hardware required for installation
